There are no cookies on insidetrack.dk. No analytics, no tracking, no forms, no third-party scripts. The page loads no fonts from anywhere else either, so your IP address is never passed to Google or anyone else. Read the page and you leave nothing behind with me.
The site is hosted at Simply.com, which runs the server and handles the technical information needed to deliver the page to your browser.
The booking button takes you away from insidetrack.dk and over to TidyCal, a separate service with its own terms.
TidyCal is operated by Sumo Group Inc., 1305 E. 6th St #3, Austin, TX 78702, USA. It states that it collects information such as name, email address, phone number and IP address, that data may be transferred to and processed in the United States, and that the transfer relies on the EU Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. TidyCal makes no claim anywhere to being certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, and I could not confirm one. See TidyCal's privacy policy and their data processing agreement.
You can ask TidyCal to delete your data directly at tidycal.com/gdpr without creating an account.
During the programme we write to each other by email and by LinkedIn message.
Email sits in my Google Workspace account. Google acts as my data processor under a data processing agreement that forms part of the terms, and Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. LinkedIn messages sit on LinkedIn's own platform under LinkedIn's privacy policy, where LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company is the controller. Confidential detail is best kept to email.
I keep correspondence and my own notes from the programme for 12 months after the programme ends, then delete them.
What you say in a session stays between us. Your employer receives no transcripts, no notes and no report on what you discussed. That is how every programme runs, whoever is paying for it.
You have the right to see the data I hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to object to the processing, and to receive it in a common format. Write to diana@lundnordstrom.com and I will come back to you within one month.
